Does my audience have to use my affiliate link?

Yes. In order for a commission to be tracked, the order must be placed using your personal affiliate code.

Is this legal?

While we are well on the way towards the formal legalisation of psilocybin in Canada, with a local Vancouver dispensary even recently receiving a valid business license to operate, psilocybin remains a ‘grey area’ substance in Canada at this time.
